A unicorn is a privately held company that is currently valued at $1B or more. In Silicon Valley, the Unicorns were the king makers. This fast growing and typically technology focused startups tend to be great investment opportunities before going into the public market.

Being in the Bay Area, we have relations with thousands of Private Investors, Angel Investors, Founders, and Advisors that have helped us acquire hard to get positions in these Unicorns. If you are BUYING stock, you need to be an Accredited Investor. You will have an accreditation check, KYC, and AML before you can buy. If you are accredited, you can buy as little as $10,000 worth of stock in a Unicorn.

If you are SELLING, the company has to have a valuation with a minimum of $500 million to even qualify. You can reach out to us, but most likely we already know who you are, and we are already acquiring your stock if you have reached Unicorn status. 

1. An individual with gross income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse or partner exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.
   
   
2. A person whose individual net worth, or joint net worth with that person’s spouse or partner, exceeds $1,000,000, excluding the person’s primary residence.
